Katrin Elster and Tamara Christensen, PhD, are transatlantic business partners and friends who have spent the past twenty-plus years helping clients across industries innovate and navigate ambiguity. Though they come from different countries and backgrounds, they share a desire to bring playful productivity and empathy-fueled insights to organizations that are looking for new ways to solve intractable challenges.
