About the Author
Bob Lee is a bestselling author, public speaker, and leading authority on how the world’s best companies use workplace culture to achieve their market-leading business results. During a fifteen-year senior-leadership career with the Great Place to Work Institute, Bob enjoyed privileged access to many of the world’s leading companies in over 50 countries around the globe, including for example, Google, Dell, Hilton, Cisco, Diageo, EY and hundreds of others. Through this work, he developed a unique understanding of how managers in these organizations act as the bridge which builds on the vision and ambitions of their senior leaders to achieve their outstanding business results.
